Frequent GameTracker downtimes

Is gametracker.com working for any of you who see this? It's been going down a lot lately and I find it annoying as it prevents me from seeing the stats for Igloo Arena gameservers. Yesterday I also tried to add the servers to Game-State but for some reason it says they are offline.

EDIT: At the end I discovered that the reason about why HL servers did not want to be added to Game-State was because of the server query settings I had with the Reunion plugin.
